Dog therapy may be what you need

Do you ever think about how petting an animal or dog will affect you? According to Rahel Mart on CNN, “In a study, petting a dog pumped up activity in the part of the brain that controls thinking and emotional reactions.” It is also said that dogs and animals are able to have beneficial effects on health and healing.

Emotional involvement activities connected to dogs and animals increase the chance of learning and healing goals. A quote from CNN states that “the latest study adds to existing research on the benefits of animal-assisted therapy in medically supervised neural rehabilitation for nervous system conditions, such as strokes, seizure disorders, brain trauma, and infections.” This being said, dogs not only stimulate brain activity but also have healthful and positive impacts on people.
