How I think about COVID-19

Bella Gonzales, Writer

Covid is a serious topic to talk about. Families are struggling and are stressed about it. It also made us struggle in life. This is how it pushed us over the edge.

When they say “wear a mask! WEAR A MASK!” I want to say “we get what you mean” because we have been wearing a mask for a whole year now. We still have to wear one to protect ourselves and others. We don’t want anyone else getting sick from covid.

Stay 6ft apart from people, so even if you are sick you don’t get anyone else sick, but I honestly don’t think staying 6ft apart will do anything at all. It could help, but there isn’t any reason to do it unless you’re sick.

Covid sucks, it drifted me away from friends, family, activities, school, and more. We have been fighting covid for too long now. I think most people agree that they want covid gone and everything else can go back to the way it was.

As I said, I want it to go back to the way it was. I want to go back to friends coming to your house almost every day, doing fun activities with your family, spending birthdays and holidays with family/friends, and just doing whatever. Covid has been hard for a lot of families.

Covid is thought to spread mainly from person to person, mainly through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.

Covid has affected so many families. It is still happening now, and we are trying to do our best to prevent it. I wanted to talk about this topic because covid did affect all of us and these were some ways how it did.
